Effective April 20, 2022, Bee Haven Bay is under the management of the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission. Nutrien permits are not required. Bee Haven Bay is a reclaimed lake/wetland/upland system. Water levels are variable depending on the season and the recycling of water for Nutrien's operations.
