Permit Rules

  1. One permit per day per permitee. EACH BOAT REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  2. Permits are issued for day light hours only.
  3. All bass are restricted to "catch & release". Game fish (bluegill, bream, specs, etc.) are limited to twenty five (25) per day - per person.
  4. Eagle Lake and Lang Lake are open to the public and do not require a permit.
  5. Permits are not allowed to be transferred to other parties.
  6. Permits must be displayed in a visible (readable) manner on the dash of each vehicle.
  7. Employees may not accept cash or any other type of payment for fishing or guiding.
  8. Permittees, whether employees, retirees, or members of the public are limited to no more than three (3) guests on the same boat. All adults must sign the permit.
  9. Use of fishing privileges by employees for commercial / monetary gain of employee or guest is prohibited.
  10. Boats may utilize gasoline motors and operate at "Idle Speed Only - No Wake".
  11. Travel is limited to existing roadways only. Boat ramps are marked for utilization.
  12. Bank fishing is not allowed except for Little Altman Bay (restricted to the vicinity of boat ramp only).
  13. No fishing allowed in canals going into or out of the permit areas.
  14. No airboats allowed. No guns allowed outside of vehicle or in boats while on Nutrien property. No camping or fires permitted. Do not damage trees.
  15. Permits are not allowed to be transferred to other parties.
  16. Littering will not be tolerated.
  17. The use of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances is prohibited.
  18. All fishing must comply with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) rules and regulations. This permit does not affect the requirement for a Florida fishing license.
  19. All items indicated are subject to check by Nutrien Security and/or FWC.
  20. Fishing on company property without a required permit will be considered "trespassing" and appropriate action will be taken. In the event trespassing is repeated, fishing privileges may be revoked permanently.
  21. Failure to display a fishing permit or alteration of a permit will be viewed as an attempt to mislead and appropriate action will be taken.
  22. Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in the termination of fishing privileges as well as prosecution by law enforcement.
  23. Each boat must have its own permit.
